About Me.

Living in Holmes County, Ohio (after growing up in Florida,) I have found a renewed appreciation for the changing seasons. I'm still not a big fan of Winter. But, I am a fan of the colorful wildflowers and all of the Amish Country scenery we are surrounded by. Taking photos of family and friends in these beautiful surroundings has become a natural progression and has led to the official opening of Salt Creek Studio Photography.  

Salt Creek Studio Photography is located in Mt. Hope, Ohio, and also includes a private field of wildflowers that is a popular choice for portrait backdrops. This is a private location for you to relax and enjoy your session without an audience. It makes a stunning backdrop for you and can include your vehicle! (What I wouldn't give for a picture with Ellie, my retired 1975 yellow El Camino!) 

Working with seniors, families and couples to create memories that can be enjoyed in the form of wall art and albums is an amazing experience. I recently updated our family portrait and hung it over the fireplace. Knowing that your final products will bring you the same joy as my wall art has given me, makes it all worthwhile. Because it is a full experience, I’ll coach you through wardrobe selection, posing, and help you select and order your favorite images.
